2. General information only
Information on this site is general in nature and does not take into account your health, personal circumstances or needs. It is not personal advice. Before applying for cover, read the policy wording, table of benefits and any supplementary documents we provide.
3. Cover, eligibility and underwriting
International health plans described on this site are subject to eligibility, age limits, country of residence rules, medical underwriting and acceptance. Cover only begins once we issue a membership certificate confirming the plan, area of cover, start date and any special terms.
4. Benefits, limits and exclusions
Benefit levels, annual limits, deductibles, waiting periods and premiums shown on this site are indicative and may change. Pre-existing conditions, treatment outside your area of cover and other exclusions may apply. The policy wording prevails over anything published here.
5. Claims and pre-authorisation
Some treatment, including planned inpatient admissions and evacuation, requires pre-authorisation before it is received. Claims must be submitted with supporting medical documentation and within the time limits set out in the policy wording.
6. No warranties
While we take reasonable care in preparing this site, we make no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or currency of its content, including provider network listings and indicative premiums.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Health Compare Global and its related bodies corporate exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, information contained on this site.
8. Intellectual property
All content, trade marks, logos and design elements on this site are owned by or licensed to Health Compare Global. You may not reproduce, republish or redistribute any material without our prior written consent.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which your cover is arranged, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

We may amend these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
